  • Real Time Comprehensive Reactive Support (Single Point of Contact) – At ProNet, we provide all our banks with a centralized single point of contact to help meet all of their technology related needs. We also provide each bank with a Virtual Desk Side Assistant who is certified and trained to help resolve any IT related issues.
  • Proactive Analysis – ProNet Solutions provides real time and proactive monitoring of your network to help ensure maximum availability and performance. We also perform semi-annual assessments of your bank’s technology environment to proactively maintain an optimally managed and compliant technology platform. In addition, monthly and quarterly reporting (trending) is provided to identify best practice recommendations ensuring the stability of your technology platform.
  • 24 x 7 Security Solution – ProNet Solutions Managed Security Team provides a best practices driven approach to managing the security of your technology assets. Our approach is both proactive and preventative, allowing for immediate detection and remediation of both the external (perimeter) and internal components of the technology platform.
  • Regulatory Compliance – While ProNet’s service solution maintains real-time compliance for IT, we also assist your bank in the preparation of the IT portion of the regulatory exam. This allows ProNet to maintain a current understanding of the ever-changing IT regulatory environment. As we assist your bank through each exam and as compliance changes, ProNet modifies its best practices to include any changed requirements to ensure your bank receives real-time compliance.
  • Communication Systems – With the emergence of Voice Over IP (VOIP) and PDA’s, ProNet supports these technology components as a part of the data network (LAN). Therefore, ProNet acts as your bank’s single vendor, optimizing the functionality of the telephony and PDA assets and ensuring integration of this technology into a single technology platform.
  • Strategic IT Planning – Unique to the ProNet support model is the assignment of a Relationship Manager (RM) to each of our customers. The ProNet RM is dedicated to your bank, and ultimately intended to be viewed as an internal CIO and Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for banking executive management for IT-related issues. The RM conducts semi-annual strategic IT reviews for your bank, and participates in strategic meetings (IT Steering Committee and impromptu Board updates).
